Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order.

15-day returns: You may return any item within 15 days of delivery, for any reason. Please contact us first at ziruiwan.tasktek@gmail.com and we'll send you return instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping, and we refund the full item price to your original payment method once we receive the item.

Prefer to keep the item? For change-of-mind requests, you can choose not to send the item back. In that case we refund 60-80% of the item price (we'll confirm the exact amount when you contact us), and you keep the item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. There is no need to mail anything back.

Order not received: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days past the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate or issue a refund.
